Yes! We currently operate in 50+ cities across India and are expanding rapidly. Doctor consultations are available pan-India via teleconsultation.
The app is available on both Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS). Search "CHIKITSHA Online" and install. You can also use our website for consultations.
Absolutely. We use 256-bit encryption, comply with Indian data privacy laws, and never share your health data with third parties without explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Patients

Open the app → tap "Consult Doctor" → select a speciality → choose a doctor → pick a time slot → confirm payment. Your consultation starts instantly or at the scheduled time.
Yes! Our doctors issue digitally signed prescriptions that are valid across India. You can download it from the app immediately after consultation.
Book a lab test → opt for home collection → our certified phlebotomist visits your home at the selected time → samples are sent to our partner lab → results are uploaded to your app within the TAT.
Most routine tests are available within 24–48 hours. Specialised tests like DNA analysis may take 7–10 working days. You'll receive an SMS and app notification when reports are ready.

Vendors

Download the CHIKITSHA Vendor app → sign up as a Doctor → upload your MCI registration, degree certificates, and ID → our team verifies within 24–48 hours → start receiving consultations.
Labs register via the Vendor portal with NABL/NABH accreditation documents, price list, and service area details. Our partnership team will onboard you typically within 3–5 business days.
Payouts are processed every 7 days to your registered bank account via NEFT/IMPS. A detailed settlement report is available in your vendor dashboard.

Billing

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and CHIKITSHA Wallet. EMI options are available on select services.
Yes. Cancellations made 2+ hours before the appointment receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a partial charge. View the full Refund Policy for details.
Yes. GST-compliant invoices are generated for every transaction and available in your app under "My Bookings → Invoice". You can download them as PDF anytime.

Technical

Ensure you have a stable internet connection (4G/WiFi), camera/mic permissions granted, and the latest app version. If the issue persists, try rejoining the call or switching from video to audio-only mode.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" → enter your registered mobile number → enter the OTP → set a new password. You can also log in using OTP without a password.
Go to Profile → Edit Health Profile → update your age, weight, blood group, allergies, chronic conditions, and current medications. Keeping this updated helps doctors provide better care.
